Help With My RPG

I’m looking for some help with my rpg project.

For a little background on the project its called “RPG 07 - A New World” ( A topdown singleplayer rpg ) and is set in fantasy times ( orcs ghouls goblins dragons etc. ) the game is based around leveling up your players skills to become the most experience player in the world of RPG 07, explore & embark on quests and shape your characters adventure.

I’m currently in need of :
- Top down maps
- music ( global )
- costumes ( monsters / NPC’s )

So far I’m the only one that has worked on the logic but I guess I’m missing logic :

- heath bar system ( MP & Stamina) memorizer!
- quest logic 
- AI for enemy’s and bosses 
- custom name ( already started )
- all skill actions other then lumber skill
- item bank / money bank
- item shops / trades

Logic I’ve done :

- skills ( EXP + Level ) (0/99)
- menus 
- HUE ( custom player colour )
- Lumber skill ( can cut down trees gain items and exp )


There’s probably more then this to do but here’s really an idea 
Still wanna keep some things secret.

HP bar and Stamina bar are easy to make. Even someone who doesn't have too much knowledge about it could make it. You have to use a direction splitter (The one with 2 output signals) and a timer (On/off). You can connect the timer to a other timer, which is inverted. So if the timer of the stamina logic is empty the stamina bar is full.

If you don't understand it, send me a friend request on PSN and I will give you stamina logic (example logic)

It’s more of me looking for active people who wanna help out with the project.

I always forget that I still use it.

Okay so you know the most things but you want the development to go a little faster, right? I think if 4 players work on one project it could go faster, but I don't know if 4 players get one plan to work with.

Well faster yeah but I was thinking like a more involved comment of people to shape the gameplay & story its self ( currently I have no clue on what the store will be like ) so like npc’s shops prices bosses events maps that kinda stuff but I am open to having a team of creators focused on logic and stuff.

But so far it’s just me

I am working on a big project, so I can't join fulltime. Though I can give you a tip. Before creating a map or character designs, I'd write down a story. Without a story it could be difficult to create the maps.

True but the way my game works ( logic already done ) there are lots of skills a player can lvl up so it make everyone’s gameplay / story different in progression but the same as in story line and characters 

Skills in game : ( all skills can be leveled up to lvl99 )

Player Lvl - ( get player exp from all sorts of things in game )
Quest - ( complete quests )
Combat - ( fight enemies/Bosses and train )
Magic - ( cast and get kills with magic )
Range - ( get range kills )
Fishing - ( fish )
Farming - ( plant and farm animals )
Cooking - ( cook different food )
Smithing - craft weapons armour and more )
Crafting - ( craft items )
Mining - ( mine for ore n stone )
Lumber - ( cut down trees )
Prayer - ( burry bones and pray )

Etc. 

So basically you shape your game play by doing what ever when ever, you just need to be a certain level in that skill to progress in other skills ( for instance if I was lvl 0 for all skills I can’t cook if I have no wood or food so I’m forced to go out and cut down trees ( lumber skill ) and kill monsters ( combat/range or magic skills )
